Inspired by the delicious, healthy fast–food scene in Australia, Rollo Pollo offers an alternative to the fat-laden, additive-packed world of traditional fast-food. Our philosophy is that good, locally sourced ingredients and innovative menu planning can provide fast, fresh food, full of flavour, without the fat.

Our food is free from preservatives, colourings and flavour enhancers. ALL our poultry and meat is 100% N.Irish and fully traceable.

Our Signature Rotisserie Chicken is cooked on a custom-made, Australian rotisserie machine. This is far superior to the usual rotisserie machines in the U.K as it has an exclusive fast sealing ability, which seals in the flavour and juiciness of the chickens and cooks them up to 50% faster than a usual machine. The result is hotter, fresher and more succulent chickens than in any other rotisserie. Furthermore, the unique way the machine cooks the chicken makes them much healthier and very low in fat. We do our best to keep the fat content of all our food to a minimum whilst at the same time ensuring it is packed full of vitamins and minerals.

Our Signature chicken is available by itself, with a ‘dinner’ with salads or with chips.

In addition, we have a wide range of hot dishes, gourmet burgers, artisan sandwiches and gourmet salads.
